Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • South Africa

  • Selected international destinations (where available at checkout)

If your location is not available at checkout, shipping to that destination is not currently supported.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable duties, customs fees, or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost unless explicitly stated.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

South Africa

  • Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: typically 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing

Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates depend on the courier and may take time to appear.


Delivery Issues

BambooBite is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. weather, strikes, force majeure)

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

While we will do our best to resolve delivery issues, BambooBite is not liable for delays or losses once the order has been handed over to the courier, except where required by applicable law.


Address Changes and Cancellations

  • Address changes may only be requested before an order has been shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or cancel it.


Returns Related to Shipping

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or

  • Failure to collect the package from the courier,

Additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer laws.
